Science College Student Wins First Place in the National Entrepreneurship Week Hackathon

In an achievement that reflects the innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of Science College students, student Khalid Mohammed, a fourth-year student in the Department of Medical Physics at the College of Science, University of Mosul, secured first place in the National Artificial Intelligence Hackathon, organized by the University of Mosul as part of the activities of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week, under the supervision of the Science and Technology Parks Department.

The award-winning project presented an innovative technological solution that employs Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to address real-world challenges within the university environment, highlighting the outstanding capabilities of Science College students and their active role in advancing innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.

This accomplishment reflects the college’s commitment to fostering creativity, supporting talented students, and encouraging participation in scientific and technological competitions that contribute to building future-ready skills and promoting a culture of innovation.
