Department of New and Renewable Energies Organizes a Workshop Entitled “Modern Applications of Chemical Technologies in Improving Product Quality and Reducing Pollution”

The Department of New and Renewable Energies at the College of Science is organizing a workshop as part of its Continuing Education Activities, entitled “Modern Applications of Chemical Technologies in Improving Product Quality and Reducing Pollution.”
The workshop will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, in the Ibn Sina Hall at the Department of New and Renewable Energies.
The workshop aims to present the latest chemical technologies and highlight their role in enhancing the efficiency of production processes, improving product quality, and reducing emissions and pollutants, in line with the requirements of sustainable development and environmental protection.
The workshop will be delivered by:
- Assistant Lecturer Omar Younis Ismail
- Assistant Lecturer Dr. Zainab Abdulaziz Jameel
- Assistant Lecturer Enas Abdulqader Hassan
The Department invites faculty members, students, and those interested in the field to attend and actively participate, given the scientific and practical importance of the topic in industrial and environmental applications.
