The competition was organized by the Scientific Committee Supervising Qur’anic Activities in Nineveh Governorate in cooperation with the Sunni Endowment Diwan, under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and was attended by distinguished academic and religious figures.

The Ramadan setting further enriched the intellectual and spiritual experience within the university community.
