In accordance with the directives of the University Presidency, represented by the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim, convened a meeting with the Heads and Rapporteurs of the scientific departments, as well as the staff members responsible for entering faculty and student data into the IQ Learning Platform, to review the progress of data entry procedures and ensure the completion of platform requirements in line with the regulations and guidelines approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of expediting the data entry process with a high degree of accuracy to ensure the timely completion of all platform requirements. Participants also discussed the main challenges facing the work teams and explored appropriate solutions to overcome them.

The Dean further stressed the need for close cooperation among the scientific departments and the concerned staff members to ensure the efficient completion of the required tasks in accordance with ministerial directives and the ongoing plans aimed at enhancing the educational process and advancing digital transformation within academic institutions.
