College of Science Welcomes Students from the College of Agriculture and Forestry on a Scientific Visit to the Department of Chemistry Laboratories

The College of Science at the University of Mosul welcomed a group of students from the College of Agriculture and Forestry, accompanied by several faculty members, on a scientific visit to the laboratories of the Department of Chemistry.

The visit was organized as part of efforts to enhance the practical skills of students and familiarize them with the latest laboratory equipment and analytical techniques used in chemical analysis. It also aimed to strengthen the connection between theoretical knowledge and practical applications relevant to their academic specializations.

The visit included a comprehensive tour of the department’s laboratories, during which faculty members from the College of Science provided detailed explanations of the operation of modern analytical instruments, the procedures involved in conducting various laboratory tests, and the important role of chemistry in supporting agricultural and environmental sciences.

The College of Science reaffirmed its commitment to hosting scientific visits that promote academic collaboration among the university’s colleges, facilitate the exchange of expertise, and encourage interdisciplinary integration and knowledge sharing.

At the conclusion of the visit, the visiting delegation expressed its appreciation for the warm reception and excellent organization, commending the advanced scientific capabilities and high standards of the Department of Chemistry laboratories.
