Within the framework of scientific and academic cooperation between Iraqi universities, and in order to enhance the role of scientific competencies in supporting the March of graduate studies, three teachers from the Faculty of science – Mosul University participated in the discussion Committee of the doctoral thesis of the student mudallul Mohammed it turns out, tagged ” design and manufacture of an electronic alloy of the elements of the II–IV clique by oxidation method for the purpose of detecting ionizing radiation ” The discussion Committee included Prof. Dr. Laith Ahmed Najm, Prof. Dr. Firas Muhammad Ali, and assistant professor Dr. Abdul Khaliq Ayub Mohsen, while Prof. Dr. Laith Ahmed Najm participated as a member and supervisor of the thesis. The discussion took place on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at the Faculty of science – Tikrit University, and witnessed a thorough scientific discussion of the topic of the dissertation, its methodology and results, as well as the submission of scientific observations that would enrich the research, and ended with the approval of the dissertation after meeting the approved scientific requirements. This participation comes as a confirmation of the distinguished scientific presence of the teachers of the Faculty of science – Mosul University, and their active contribution to supporting graduate students, enhancing academic and research cooperation and exchanging scientific experiences between Iraqi universities.
