On a day when the meanings of belonging are renewed, and the national memory evokes the value of Iraq and its status, the Faculty of science stands proudly in front of this national occasion, to offer the highest congratulations and blessings to our noble Iraqi people. The sovereignty of the homeland is not a slogan that is raised on an occasion, nor is it a value that is reduced to words, but it is a firm national responsibility, a will that preserves Iraq’s decision, preserves its unity, strengthens the strength of its institutions, and opens up prospects for building and progress for its children. Science is a strength, knowledge is a responsibility, and the university is an essential partner in shaping the future of Iraq, through preparing conscious generations, capable of carrying the message of science, serving society, and contributing to the renaissance of their homeland. On this occasion, we renew our pledge that the Faculty of science will remain a monument of Science, a beacon of awareness, a space for innovation and giving, and continue its mission to serve Iraq and contribute to building a future befitting its ancient history and extended civilization. May Allah preserve Iraq, the land and the people, and sustain it dear, proud, united and secure, and grant it continued progress and prosperity.
