The Honorable Mrs. Dean of the College of Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Al-Taii, visited the University of Basra after participating in a scientific discussion on Sunday and Monday 20/21 February 2022. The Dean met with the respected President of the University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, conveying to him the greetings of the President of Mosul University, Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi respected. The Dean also met, during her visit, with the Dean of the College of Science at Basra University, Assistant Professor Dr. Muwaffaq Fadel Al-Shahwan, and the Head of the Pathological Analysis Department at the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Awatef Hamid Issa Al-Muhaisen, who welcomed this visit. During the meeting, a joint cooperation agreement was signed between the two colleges in The field of exchanging experiences and various fields of scientific research. During the visit, the Dean visited the corridors of the halls and scientific laboratories in the college, praising the distinguished efforts made by the Deanship of the College in keeping pace with scientific development and its keenness to provide what would contribute to raising the scientific level of the college’s affiliates and students, including modern scientific equipment and laboratories. At the end of her visit, the Dean expressed her great happiness for the warm reception, good and generous hospitality.
