Embodying the principle of scientific cooperation between colleges and research centres at the university and based on the directives of the presidency of the University of Mosul, the Dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Hiam Adel Ibrahim, received a delegation from the Remote Sensing Center headed by its Director, Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Nabil Hamdoun, on Monday, the 30th of January, 2023 in the presence of the head of the Department of Geology, Prof. Dr. Omar Ahmed Mouloud.During the meeting, a joint scientific cooperation agreement was signed between the college and the centre. The agreement aims to regulate the cooperation process between the two parties in the scientific research field and open seats for postgraduate studies in the remote sensing specialization in the Department of Earth Sciences. Furthermore, providing consultations and other services in the field of remote sensing.
