College of Science

As part of its continuous efforts to foster academic excellence and promote student creativity, the College of Science held a special honor ceremony on Monday, April 28, 2025, at Dr. Farouq Al-Omari Hall.

This event was held under the esteemed patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and with the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim.

The celebration, organized by the Guidance Division in collaboration with the Student Activities Division, aimed to recognize the efforts of students who have excelled academically and contributed positively to the college community.

Honored Groups Included:

• Academically outstanding students

• Members of the Creative Volunteering Team

• Class representatives from all scientific departments

• Students creating impactful and meaningful content

The Dean delivered a motivational speech in which she praised the students’ commitment to learning, innovation, and upholding the values of the college. She emphasized their role in shaping a positive image of the institution through both academic and extracurricular achievements.
