College of Science

In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and under the supervision of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmood Al-Ebrahimi, the College of Science continues to carry out its scheduled field visits to monitor the civil defense duty shifts across its buildings, scientific departments, and administrative units.

The latest visit was attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Omar Adel Shareef, Administrative Assistant Dean, and Prof. Dr. Amjad Abdulhadi, Head of the Department of Biology. The visit included a thorough on-ground inspection of adherence to public safety instructions and civil defense protocols.

These regular follow-ups reflect the College’s commitment to applying the highest standards of occupational safety, while also promoting a strong culture of prevention and proper emergency response.

At the end of the tour, the Dean, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Al-Taie, expressed her appreciation for the dedicated efforts and high level of discipline shown by the personnel on duty, affirming that such commitment reflects a deep sense of responsibility and institutional loyalty to our esteemed College and beloved University.
