College of Science

Based on the importance of linking school education with academic institutions and introducing students to the university environment and various scientific disciplines, the physics department at the College of Science received on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, students of the middle stage of freedom middle for boys. This visit aims to enhance scientific awareness and encourage students to take an interest in basic sciences, especially physics, and to learn about the role of the department in simplifying physical concepts and developing their love of exploration and scientific research.

The program of the visit included :

Reception of students by the head of the department and a number of his teachers, and familiarization with the department and its various departments.
An introductory tour of physical laboratories and familiarization with devices and equipment.
Provide a simplified explanation of physical experiments to approximate scientific concepts for students.
An open discussion session and questions were asked by students, which showed a positive interaction and enthusiasm for science.
The visit concluded by welcoming the students, wishing them more excellence and diligence in their scientific career, and welcoming the young scientists in the field of physics
