College of Science

The Council of the College of Science held its seventh session within its open sessions for the academic year 2025-2026, chaired by the dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim, in the presence of the dean’s assistants and heads of scientific departments.

During the session, the council discussed a number of important issues related to the progress of the educational process, where it was emphasized to prepare classrooms and provide the appropriate atmosphere to ensure that students perform their exams smoothly and smoothly.

The council also stressed the need to comply with the approved ministerial instructions regarding the nature of the exam questions, especially with regard to the type of questions and the proportions of multiple-choice questions, in order to achieve academic fairness and ensure the quality of assessment.

In the same context, the council stressed the importance of providing laboratories and practical experiences for first-stage students, because of their essential role in enhancing practical skills and linking the theoretical aspect with practical application.

At the end of the session, the council appreciated the efforts of all scientific departments, stressing its continuous keenness to improve the scientific and academic level of the students of the Faculty of science.
