Within the framework of supporting scientific competencies and stimulating the academic career, the president of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud al – Ibrahimi, awarded a letter of thanks and appreciation to Professor Firas Hamid akhdhir, a lecturer at the Department of Biology Sciences-College of Science, with the consequent one-month allowance and promotion, on the occasion of his scientific promotion to the rank of Professor.

This honor comes in appreciation of his outstanding scientific efforts and his solid contributions to research, teaching and serving the University, reflecting the high scientific status enjoyed by the College of science teachers.
