Volunteering and experience in the private sector determine the competition for the grades of the Federal Service Council

The Federal Service Council announced the allocation of 8,600 job grades for first students and holders of higher diplomas, out of 47 thousand applicants included in the application process. The council explained that the mechanism of differentiation between applicants will depend, in addition to academic achievement, on volunteer work, community participation and work experience in the private sector, as additional competitive criteria aimed at achieving fairness and selecting the most qualified to fill the available job grades.
