The workshop was presented by the teacher Dr. Zakaria Abdul Wahed Hamid, as it aimed to train students and researchers to employ artificial intelligence tools in writing graduation papers and Scientific Reports in a professional and effective manner, and in a way that contributes to raising the quality of academic scientific output.

The workshop included a comprehensive introduction to the concept of artificial intelligence and its role in the development of scientific research, mechanisms of employing it in the formulation of research titles, writing chapters, summarizing sources using the Endnote program, and data analysis. The ethics of using artificial intelligence was also emphasized to ensure avoiding plagiarism and maintaining scientific honesty.

The workshop witnessed a practical application aspect, during which the lecturer provided direct training on the use of tools such as ChatGPT, ChatPDF and SciSpace, to enable participants to prepare accurate and integrated scientific reports and research that supports the requirements of modern research.

This workshop comes within the framework of the College of science’s keenness to enhance the skills of its students and researchers in the fields of modern technology, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals in quality education, innovation and research capacity building.
