College of Science Participates in the Scout Camp Held at the College of Nursing

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, the College of Science participated on Monday, 18 May 2026, in the scout camp hosted by the College of Nursing. The event witnessed broad participation from students, faculty members, and supervisors, within the framework of promoting student activities and enhancing cooperation and teamwork among students from different colleges.
The camp included a variety of scouting, cultural, and awareness activities aimed at developing leadership skills and strengthening teamwork among students, in addition to fostering communication and collaboration between different colleges. The program also featured volunteer initiatives and recreational activities that reflected a strong spirit of belonging and collective engagement among participants.
The Deanship of the College of Science reaffirmed its continuous commitment to supporting extracurricular activities that contribute to building students’ personalities and developing their various skills and abilities. It also commended the significant efforts exerted by the organizing committees and all participants in ensuring the success of the camp’s activities.
At the conclusion of the camp, participants expressed their satisfaction with this initiative, which provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen cooperation and teamwork in a distinguished scouting atmosphere characterized by a spirit of friendship and unity.
