The National Evaluation Team of the National Council for Accreditation of Science Programs concluded its review visit on Thursday, 16 April 2026, as part of the eligibility assessment process for the Chemistry and Physics programs at the College of Science, University of Mosul.

During the fourth and final day of the visit, the evaluation team completed the review of all records and documentation related to both academic programs. The team also examined all accreditation standards and criteria to verify the extent to which the programs satisfy the requirements for academic accreditation.

The evaluators continued their work by assessing the accuracy, organization, and documentation of institutional data, as well as its alignment with the national quality standards governing higher education programs.

At the conclusion of the visit, the evaluation team met with the Dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim, where expressions of appreciation and gratitude were exchanged. The team members were honored with Letters of Appreciation in recognition of their efforts and dedication throughout the evaluation process.

This visit forms part of the comprehensive assessment procedures aimed at ensuring compliance with academic accreditation requirements and enhancing the quality of educational programs offered by the College of Science.
