At the official invitation of the Northern Technical University represented by its president, the respected Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim Al-Taii, attended the first conference of the four technical universities affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which was held by the Northern Technical University in Duhok Governorate on Thursday Corresponding to 12/3/2020 under the slogan (Quality of Technical Education and Academic Institutional Accreditation). Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr.Hamid Ahmed Khalaf, Dr. Ali Al-Saffar, Director of the Accreditation and Quality Department in the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority in the Ministry, and a group of Iraqi university professors.
