Dean of the College of Science Participates in the Iraqi University Leadership Development Program

The Dean of the College of Science at the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Hayam Adel Ibrahim, participated on Sunday, June 22, 2026, in the specialized training program entitled “Iraqi University Leaders Towards Excellence and Sustainability 2030,” organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in cooperation with the Ministry of Planning, and hosted at the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology.
The program is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the leadership and administrative capabilities of higher education leaders in line with the requirements of institutional development and digital transformation.
The training program featured a range of specialized topics, including strategic leadership, institutional governance, crisis and risk management, digital transformation, artificial intelligence applications, strengthening partnerships with the public and private sectors, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, and advancing quality standards and academic performance across Iraqi universities.
The Dean’s participation reflects the College of Science’s commitment to keeping pace with modern developments in higher education management and adopting best administrative and academic practices. It also demonstrates the College’s dedication to enhancing institutional efficiency, promoting the principles of good governance, supporting innovation and digital transformation, and expanding opportunities for effective collaboration and strategic partnerships.
