A teacher from the Faculty of science chairs the master’s thesis discussion Committee at the Faculty of Agriculture and forestry

Within the framework of scientific cooperation between the faculties of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Muntaha Mahmoud Dawood, teaching at the Department of life sciences at the Faculty of science, chaired the discussion Committee of the tagged master’s thesis: “A sustainable nutritional strategy with a mixture of certain enzymes and dietary rationing in Japanese quail” The presentation was made by the student Mohammed Nouri nassih at the Department of animal production at the Faculty of Agriculture and forestry, on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. The thesis dealt with the study of the impact of using a mixture of digestive enzymes with the method of food rationing in improving the efficiency of utilization of feed in Japanese quail, with the aim of promoting growth, improving weight gain and nutritional conversion factor, as well as improving production and egg recipes, thus contributing to supporting sustainable nutritional strategies in poultry production. The discussion Committee included Prof. Dr. Muntaha Mahmoud Daoud as chairman, and the membership of Assistant Prof. Dr. Anwar Muhammad Yunus and Dr. Khaled Hadi Mustafa, while the thesis was supervised by Dr. Nawaf Ghazi Abboud. This participation comes within the framework of the Faculty of science’s keenness to strengthen academic cooperation with the University’s faculties, contribute to supporting scientific research and upgrading the level of graduate studies.
