An international workshop entitled “Health, climate change and its impact on workflow”

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Kossay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmady, and the supervision of the respected Mrs. Dean of the College of Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Al-Taii.On Saturday, January 22, 2022, the Department of New and Renewable Energies in our college held an international continuing education workshop entitled “Health, Climate change and decent work” “Health, climate change and their impact on workflow” in cooperation with the International Health Strategies Facility at the University of London – United Kingdom . It was given by Prof. Dr. Julie Davis/University of London/United Kingdom and Prof. Dr. Julie Davis/University of London/United Kingdom. M. Dr. Lamia Adnan Sarsam / Department of New and Renewable Energies / College of Science. The workshop included three goals of the seventeen sustainable development goals, namely

[the third goal “good health and well-being”], [the eighth goal “decent work and economic growth”] and finally [the thirteenth goal “climate action”] which was included in the title of this workshop: health and climate change and their impact On the progress of work and the academic education methodology to train and prepare the new generation of students and what they will face from the climatic and environmental challenges and how to limit the effects of climate change on the globe. Today, in order to guarantee human rights for all, wherever they are, these goals require great political will and ambitious measures taken by all decision-makers and stakeholders.It was attended by a large group of Mosul University professors of various specializations, in addition to professors from Iraqi and foreign universities.
