Based on the directives of the respected President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Kossay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmady, in promoting scientific cooperation between colleges at the University of Mosul. The Honorable Mrs. Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Al-Taii, chaired the comprehensive examination committee (written – oral) for the doctoral student (Mohammed Ayad Harbawi) from the College of Agriculture and Forestry at the University of Mosul / Department of Soil Sciences and Water Resources.
