Registration of Seven New Bacterial Isolates in the NCBI Database

A research team from the Department of Biology at the College of Science has successfully registered seven bacterial isolates in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) database, as part of its ongoing academic research activities. The research work was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Amira Mahmoud Al-Rawi, with the participation of master’s student Aya Duraid Abdullah. The registered bacterial isolates belong to the species: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus faecalis, Chryseobacterium fistulae, Corynebacterium striatum, Proteus mirabilis, and Clostridium perfringens.
