Master’s Thesis Discusses the Optical and Structural Properties of Bismuth Oxide Thin Films Deposited on Porous Silicon
Mayss Abdulnafea2026-06-23T15:50:44+00:00The Department of Physics at the College of Science, University of Mosul, discussed a master's thesis entitled “Study of the Optical and Structural Properties of Bismuth Oxide Thin Films Deposited on Porous Silicon”, submitted by the student Ahmed Badal Qaso, on Thursday, 5 March 2026. The thesis focused on the preparation and investigation of the structural and optical properties of bismuth oxide (Bi₂O₃) thin films deposited on porous silicon prepared by the electrochemical etching technique. The films were fabricated using the chemical spray pyrolysis method, with various deposition parameters being systematically modified. The results demonstrated an improvement in crystallinity and variations [Read More]
