A research team from the Department of Biology, College of Science, has successfully registered a new bacterial strain in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Gene Bank database as part of its academic research activities. The research was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Abdul Ghani Mohammed, with the participation of fourth-year graduation project students Rahma Qais Salah Al-Din and Fahad Ahmed Hammoudi.
