The International Day to Contend Human Trafficking…

The International Day to Contend Human Trafficking Human Trafficking is a form of modern slavery and a violation of human rights. Despite international conferences that attempted to reduce this crime, it begins to fester and becomes a rich subject also. The United Nations General Assembly decided to consider the 30th of July as a global day to combat human trafficking in its resolution 68/192. This type of trafficking has increased recently due to the deteriorating of economic and social conditions and wars. Therefore, a deterrent law must be issued to prevent this immoral and inhuman trade.
