The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the Faculty of Education for Humanities at the University of Mosul discussed Master Thesis About: – (Proactive personality and its relationship to competitive behavior among university students) on Thursday (10/11/2022) Part of it was attended by a number of faculty teachers.The thesis presented by the student (Wissam Mohammed Ali Jadea) in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences dealt with the proactive personality and its relationship to the competitive behavior of university students The thesis touched on clarifying the concept of proactive personality in university students, which indicates that proactive personality is a natural structure that identifies differences between individuals to carry out activities that lead to the control and improvement of the environment, and competitive behavior is the situation in which the goal of the individual conflicts with the goals of others, where each of them struggles with the other to reach the goal before him, the study aims to identify the relationship between proactive personality and competitive behavior in the sample members according to variables (gender, scientific specialization, and grade).Chaired the Discussion Committee: Prof. Dr. Haider Hassan Abdul Yacoubi The membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Waad Allah Hamdallah and Assistant Professor Dr. Sabiha Yasser Maktouf.
