Based on the principle of scientific cooperation, partnership and exchange of experiences with universities recommended by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the University of Mosul, under the patronage of Professor Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University, held a scientific partnership and cooperation agreement with the University of Al-Hamdaniya, represented by Professor Aqil Yahya Hashim Al-Araji, President of the University.
