On Monday 30 of January 2023, the Dean Prof. Dr. Hazim Dhannoon Ismail Al-Sabawi met.
the councils of scientific departments to discuss a number of matters related to those departments, as well as the ways to develop work at the scientific and administrative levels.In addition, the meeting discussed several axes, including future plans to develop the educational reality in the college, especially postgraduate studies, the teaching and supervision in a way that serves its reality, creating a new research spirit concerned with the research product with the large number of postgraduate students, seeking to raise the level of quality of master’s theses M.A. and dissertations of Ph.D by deepening on its idea, the originality of its topics, and the strength of its methodology in order to take benefit from them, and support the researcher’s skills.
The meeting also discussed how to provide support from the administrative departments in each of its details, as well as emphasizing the role of the educational and academic advisor due to the importance of involving students in educational programs to enhance many of their psychological, cognitive and social aspects.
At the end of the meeting, the Dean praised their role in developing the college, the level of education, and the scientific background of postgraduate students.
