Preparations Continue for the First International Conference on Engineering Sciences and Technology (ICEST 2026)

As preparations continue for the First International Conference on Engineering Sciences and Technology (ICEST 2026), the conference’s organizing, scientific, and preparatory committees at College of Engineering held their second coordination meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, to review the latest scientific and organizational arrangements and ensure the conference is fully prepared for its upcoming sessions.

Scheduled to take place on December 16–17, 2026, the conference represents an important academic platform for bringing together researchers, academics, and specialists to exchange knowledge, present innovative research, and discuss the latest developments in engineering sciences and technology.

The meeting focused on strengthening coordination among the various committees, following up on the scientific papers received, and accelerating the processes of academic review and evaluation while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality. The committees also reviewed the organizational and logistical preparations required to ensure the smooth implementation of the conference and the successful delivery of its scientific program.

The meeting highlighted the importance of close integration among the committees and the effective distribution of responsibilities to facilitate the processing and evaluation of submitted research papers and ensure the timely completion of all scientific and organizational requirements in accordance with the approved schedule.

With preparations progressing steadily, the conference committees continue their efforts to deliver a distinguished international academic event that reflects the University of Mosul’s commitment to advancing engineering education, scientific research, innovation, and knowledge exchange.
