Among the top three research published in Tikrit journal of Engineering Sciences 2019, the research (Finite Element Analysis for RC deep Beams under an Eccentric load) was selected for the Faculty member of Civil Engineering Department / college of Engineering (Dr. Khalaf I. Mohammad) with participation of (Mr. Bashar A. Mahmood).The lecturer (Dr. Khalaf I.
