College of Engineering Shines in University of Mosul’s Ceremony Honoring Winning Colleges in Student Activities
College of Engineering participated in the Ceremony which organized by Department of Student Activities at university of Mosul presidency, honoring the colleges that excelled in student activities for the academic year 2024–2025 .
The event was held on the morning of Monday, May 12, 2025, in the Hall of the Scientific and Literary Forum. It was attended by Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University, Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hassan Hamed, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, along with a number of college deans and heads of sports divisions and units.
The college was represented at the event by Professor Dr. Bassam Ihsan Abdul Qadir, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs. Awards and certificates of appreciation were distributed to the top three colleges in various student activities, including sports, arts, scouting, and volunteer work.
College of Engineering achieved first place in the university’s sports competitions in the table tennis event for students, and third place in the marathon race in the faculty category.
