As part of the scientific activities of College of Engineering and its goals to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals—specifically Goal 5 (Gender Equality) and Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities)—Women’s Affairs Committee at our college, in collaboration with Women’s Affairs Unit at University of Mosul’s Presidency, organized an awareness campaign on ” supporting women and voting for them to create a generation of future female voters “ on Monday, July 7, 2025.

The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the importance of supporting women and voting for them, as women represent half of society and their voices are essential to achieving balance and justice.

The campaign included the design and display of digital awareness posters on the electronic screens located throughout the college’s dean’s office and various departments, to ensure the message reached the widest possible audience of students and staff. In addition, awareness posts were published on the official website of the college.
