Workshop by Psychological Counseling Division at College of Engineering, University of Mosul, on “The Law of Discipline for State Employees and Its Role in Supporting the University Work Environment: A Legal and Psychological Counseling Approach”
The Psychological Counseling Division at College of Engineering, in cooperation with University Psychological Counseling Department at University of Mosul Presidency ,organized a workshop entitled “The Law of Discipline for State Employees and Its Role in Supporting the University Work Environment: A Legal and Psychological Counseling Approach” on Monday, October 6, 2025.
The workshop was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Mohammed Hamdoon, Dean of College of Engineering; Dr. Bisam Ihsan Al-Hafiz, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs; Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Mohammed Abdulkarim, Head of Environmental Engineering Department; and Dr. Marwa Azaldeen Mirza, Head of Psychological Counseling Division.
The lecture was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Ensam Ali Abdullah from the College of Law.
The workshop aimed to clarify the provisions of the Law of Discipline for State Employees and to highlight its role in promoting a disciplined and positive university work environment through an integrated legal and psychological counseling approach. It further sought to foster a culture of commitment and responsibility, improve job performance, and strengthen professional relationships within the university community.
