Workshop in Department of Communications and Intelligent Digital Systems on “The Mechanism of Point Calculation in the Bologna Process Evaluation”
As part of the scientific activities of College of Engineering at University of Mosul, and in line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s efforts to enhance the quality of higher education and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals—particularly Goal 4 “Quality Education” and Goal 9 “Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure” , Department of Communications and Intelligent Digital Systems held a workshop entitled “The Mechanism of Point Calculation in the Bologna Process Evaluation” on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in the department’s discussion hall.
The workshop included a detailed presentation on the mechanism for calculating points in the academic performance evaluation of faculty members under the Bologna Process framework. It highlighted its objectives in improving the quality of education, enhancing professional and academic performance, and standardizing evaluation criteria in accordance with international accreditation requirements.
The workshop was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Tarek Yaseen, Assistant Professor Dr. Farhad Azaddin Mahmood, and Lecturer Dr. Huda Aqeel Ahmed, with the attendance of the department’s academic staff.
