The Council of college of Engineering / University of Mosul headed by Prof. Dr. Bayar Jaafar Al-Sulyvani held its 15th periodic session via electronic media ” meet ” application on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, in the presence of all members of the Council.
During the meeting, the College’s activities were discussed under current conditions and e-learning mechanisms, and the efforts made by the Courses Unit and the Registration Division to complete the registration of students on the courses and steps taken to facilitate the registration function electronically.
The Dean also directed the scientific departments the necessity of effective communication with students and follow all possible methods to communicate with them and answer their inquiries through the official college website. He also directed heads of the departments the necessity to follow up on e-lectures. The council also discussed the mechanism of dealing with postgraduate students and the possibility of overcoming all obstacles to completing scientific discussions for students on time. It was also emphasized that the official mail of the university be used for official communications between the units and divisions of the deanship.
