Afforestation and its importance in a workshop at the College of Environmental Sciences coinciding with National Afforestation Day..
On the occasion of National Afforestation Day and under the patronage of the Honorable President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal al-Din al-Ahmadi, and the supervision and presence of the Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Yusra Majeed Al-Shaker, a workshop was held in the College of Environmental Sciences entitled: “The Importance of Afforestation and Vegetation Cover and Its Impact on the Environment” today. Tuesday, March 12, 2024, in the college discussion hall.
It was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Shaima Khalil Abdullah, Assistant Lecturer Sufyan Hisham Abdel Rahman, Assistant Lecturer Muhammad Nazir Thanoun, Assistant Lecturer Hossam El-Din Thanoun Ali, and Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Ismail Suleiman.
