College of Environmental Sciences

This morning, the Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, Professor Muthanna Jassim Al-Taie, held a meeting with the Dean’s Assistants for Academic and Administrative Affairs, department heads, and faculty members.
The Dean of the College opened the meeting with a welcoming speech, expressing his happiness with this important academic meeting and appreciating the efforts of the faculty in supporting the college’s educational and research efforts.
The meeting also discussed several topics, including updating curricula and teamwork in completing academic research to keep pace with scientific developments in the fields of environment and climate change, enhancing research cooperation between departments, and activating training programs and student activities. A joint action plan was also developed to organize workshops and scientific seminars during the next semester, which aim to raise environmental awareness among students and enhance their cognitive skills.
