The College of Environmental Sciences holds its twenty-first session
The College of Environmental Sciences Council held its twenty-first session on August 12, 2025, chaired by the Dean of the College, Professor Muthanna Jassim Al-Taie, and attended by all council members.
The Council hosted the President of the Nineveh Chamber of Industry, Mr. Mohammed Ali Hazem Al-Mashhadani. During the meeting, ways to enhance cooperation between the College and the Chamber of Industry in scientific research fields were discussed, which contribute to achieving Goal 17 of the Sustainable Development Goals (Partnerships for the Goals).
The meeting also reviewed the academic departments’ preparations for the start of the second-semester exams. Several important topics were also discussed, most notably the formation of research teams from college faculty, increasing publication in global repositories, and other important topics on the Council’s agenda.
