As part of the College of Science’s commitment to monitoring the educational process and enhancing its practical application, the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim, visited the Department of Biology Sciences. During her visit, she toured several of the department’s scientific laboratories and commended the teaching and technical staff for their efforts in preparing the laboratories and providing a suitable learning environment for students. She emphasized the importance of integrating practical experience into students’ academic journeys, given its significant impact on deepening scientific understanding and connecting theoretical knowledge with practical application.

The Dean also listened to the department’s most pressing educational and administrative needs and directed the relevant departments within the college to expedite their fulfillment and provide all necessary support for the educational and research processes.

This visit is part of the College of Science’s ongoing approach to monitoring its scientific departments on the ground and its continuous efforts to elevate the level and quality of university education to keep pace with modern scientific advancements. We wish all our academic departments continued progress and advancement in science for the benefit of our diligent students.
