College of Science – University of Mosul Achieves Remarkable Progress in Faculty H-Index Indicator

In line with its continuous efforts to enhance academic and research performance, the College of Science at the University of Mosul has recorded a notable advancement in the H-index (Hirsch Index) of a number of its academic staff members, according to Scopus global database records. This achievement reflects the growing scientific presence of the college on the international research landscape.
This development serves as a clear indicator of the quality of research output and the increase in citation rates, further strengthening the university’s position in global academic rankings. It also highlights the effectiveness of ongoing efforts to support and develop scientific research.
