With the start of the new academic year, the dean of the College of science, professor Dr. Hiam Adel Ibrahim, held an extensive meeting with the people’s officials in the Deanship of the college to discuss work plans and mechanisms for developing performance during the next stage. During the meeting, the dean stressed the importance of concerted efforts and teamwork, which contributes to improving the level of administrative performance, enhancing the quality of services provided, and providing an academic and administrative environment supportive of the educational process, and to meet the needs and aspirations of students. The meeting also dealt with a number of axes related to the organization of work and the development of performance mechanisms, stressing the importance of continuous follow-up of tasks and responsibilities, in order to ensure the smooth flow of work and achieve the desired goals. These meetings come as part of the Deanship of the College of science’s keenness to enhance direct communication with its administrative cadres and develop institutional performance, in line with the requirements of the next stage. We wish all our administrative and academic staff and our dear students a busy academic year of giving, success and excellence.
