As part of the ongoing academic collaboration among Iraqi universities, Assistant Professor Dr. Saba Zaki Mahmoud, a faculty member in the Department of Chemistry – College of Science / University of Mosul, participated as a committee member in the Ph.D. dissertation defense of the student Somaya Awad Abd from the College of Science – University of Tikrit.

The dissertation was titled:
“Estimation of Some Physiological, Biological and Immunological Variables in Patients with Pancreatic Cancer”

The defense took place on the morning of Monday, June 23, 2025, in the Late Dr. Ahmoud Khalaf Jabr Hall at the College of Science – University of Tikrit, with the attendance of several professors and researchers.

On this occasion, Professor Dr. Abdul Khaliq Alwan Muhimid, Dean of the College of Science – University of Tikrit, presented a letter of appreciation to Dr. Saba in recognition of her effort and participation, as well as her dedication in traveling to attend the defense.
