The Department of Physics at the College of Science, University of Mosul, discussed on Monday, August 25, 2025, the master’s thesis titled:
“Fabrication of Quaternary Alloys (Al67Cu23PbxZn10-x) and Evaluation of Their Efficiency in Gamma-Ray Attenuation”,
presented by the graduate student Aya Mohammed Ali, in the presence of faculty members and postgraduate students.

The thesis aimed to investigate the fabrication of these alloys and assess their effectiveness in gamma-ray shielding.
