The Deanship of the College of science is pleased to announce the start of applying for evening study at the college for the academic year 2025-2026, and the College welcomes students wishing to apply starting from Sunday, October 5, 2025.

Branches covered = Scientific, Applied, biological.

~ Application steps and requirements:

The applicant must adhere to them literally and include:

1-Log in to the student registration platform via the link below using email (Gmail) and commit to entering the required data into the system according to what is recorded in the official forms and arrange the sections according to the student’s desire, then pull out the application form and go to college.

2-after withdrawing the application form, the student reviews the reception committee at the College (ground floor), taking with him the following forms (noting that the student’s application will not be completed and the student’s file will not be received in case of deficiencies in one of the paragraphs):

– An original copy and a photocopy of the preparatory study document certified and provided with QR-Code for graduates of previous years of preparatory study.

– An endorsement or a sealed scoreboard from the school for this year’s graduates (exclusively) from the preparatory study at the moment (the student undertakes to bring the preparatory study document with a QR-Code as soon as it is issued)

– An original copy of the student’s medical examination from one of the health centers, according to the geographical location of the applicant, provided that it is addressed to the College of Science / University of Mosul, stating the phrase (suitable for study).

– Student’s identification documents (attached in one sheet)

Civil status ID or unified card, Iraqi citizenship, housing card, ration card.

– Recent photos with a white background number ٤.

– No objection from the Competent Authority is provided during the application process for students employed in various state departments.

– A guarantor guarantee is also provided during the application process, bringing the sponsor’s continuity support and supporting documents.

– Commitments: the applicant must complete the following commitments:

Academic pledge, a pledge not to upgrade enrollment from the College of science.

– The application for the evening study at the Faculty of Science arrived from the accounts department at the college with a note that the payment is Electronic (that is, the applicant must have a K-card in order to make the payment in the accounts department) in the amount of 25,000 Iraqi dinars. In addition to the legal bail amount, which is 9000 Iraqi dinars.

– The applicant literally adheres to the above and the above forms are brought and placed in a clear back determines its color based on the first desire of the student

If the student’s first desire is the life sciences department, the color is = yellow

Chemistry= blue

Medical physics = red

Forensic evidence = green

Earth and oil Sciences = White

3-after completing the requirements in Paragraph (2), the student goes to the evening registration on the third floor accompanied by (clear pack) for the purpose of electronic checking and withdrawing the application form, signing it and completing the application process. It is expected to be distributed to the departments after the end of the application process for the evening study.

– Departments of chemistry, forensics, medical physics, earth sciences and oil: 1.500.000.

– Department of Biology sciences: 2.250.000 .

The study system is the Bologna track and the language of study at our college is English.
