Entrepreneurship Unit at the College of Science Organizes Workshop on “Science and Entrepreneurship: From the Laboratory to the Market”

The Entrepreneurship Unit at the College of Science is organizing a workshop titled “Science and Entrepreneurship: From the Laboratory to the Market,” to be held on Tuesday, 10 March 2026, at 11:30 a.m., in the discussion hall of the Department of Physics.

The workshop aims to highlight the importance of linking scientific research with innovation and entrepreneurship, and to explore mechanisms for transforming scientific outputs and research ideas into applicable and marketable projects that serve society and contribute to the knowledge-based economy.

The workshop will be delivered by:

  • Assistant Professor Dr. Imad Ahmed Hussein

The Unit invites students, faculty members, and interested participants to attend and actively engage in this event, given its significance in promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.
