Accordingly, the College has established specialized working teams to review institutional performance criteria, assess the current status, and develop clear improvement plans designed to measure achievements and evaluate their impact.
The implementation process has included a series of meetings and awareness workshops for faculty and staff members, aimed at promoting a culture of institutional excellence and increasing awareness of the significance of applying European standards in areas such as leadership, strategic planning, resource management, community engagement, and stakeholder satisfaction.
The College Deanery emphasized that adopting European Excellence Standards represents a strategic step toward developing a more efficient and sustainable educational and research environment. Such efforts are expected to enhance institutional performance and achieve qualitative outcomes that benefit students, staff, and the wider community.
