The summer training of students of the Departments of Life Sciences, Chemistry, Medical Physics and forensic evidence at the Faculty of science at the University of Mosul continues in a number of Health and specialized institutions in Nineveh governorate, within the training program aimed at developing their practical skills and enhancing their applied expertise, and under the follow-up of the supervisory committees of distinguished professors. The students continue their field training in a number of institutions, including Ibn Sina Teaching Hospital, Ibn Athir Teaching Hospital, Hamdaniya General Hospital, Qayyarah General Hospital, Republican hospital, and Forensic Medicine, which provides them with the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge and gain practical experience in the work environment, and contributes to the development of their skills and qualify them for the requirements of the labor market. The continuation of the summer training comes within the framework of the Faculty of science’s keenness to support the Applied side of its students and enhance cooperation with relevant institutions, in order to achieve integration between the academic and applied side.
