A new scientific paper by researchers from the Department of Physics was published in an international journal classified under Q2

Within the research activity of the Faculty of Science, a new scientific research was published by a research team from the Department of physics, which included Professor Dr. Mahmoud Ahmed Hammoud, doctoral student mudther Mohammed Abdul Latif al-sulayvani, and researcher Ibrahim Aziz Ghulam Al-Jubouri. Research titled: “Tailoring the properties of high-Tc Bi-2223 superconductors through tellurium and cerium co-doping” The research focused on improving the properties of Bi-2223 high-temperature critical superconductors through co-inoculation with tellurium (Te) and cerium (Ce) elements, with the aim of developing their structural, electrical and insulating properties. The research was published in the Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Electronics, classified within the second quarter (Q2) and indexed in Scopus and the web of Science (SCIE). This research is added to the outstanding scientific output of the researchers of the Department of physics, and reflects the continued presence of the Faculty of Science in the field of scientific research and publishing in international journals.
